1Definitions & Scope of Terms

"mycuci", "we", and "Platform" refer to the online entertainment website and services accessed through mycuci.onl. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who has registered an account or used any part of the mycuci platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover all aspects of platform usage, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonuses, and all interactions with mycuci services.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy mycuci, all of which form the complete agreement between you and mycuci.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use mycuci services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration. mycuci maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against underage participation.
• Being an individual registering in your own name, not representing any other party or business entity.
• Not included on the list of individuals excluded from the platform by mycuci or through a self-exclusion program.
• Not residing in a geographic jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts access to online gambling services under local law.
• Not experiencing an active compulsive gambling problem or currently enrolled in a treatment program requiring exclusion from all gambling activities.

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at mycuci. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of involved funds.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. mycuci reserves the right to verify the validity of this information at any time through the KYC process.

• Full name as stated on your official identification document (MyKad or passport)
• Accurate date of birth for age verification
• A valid current residential address
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number
• Valid Malaysian bank account details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password secure. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported a breach to mycuci.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Mycuci accepts deposits via all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank, and other banks listed on the platform. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may change from time to time
• All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in the member's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted
• Mycuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however your bank may apply its own charges
• Deposits made during scheduled maintenance may be delayed — our team will process them as soon as the system is back online

Mycuci reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Mycuci members are entitled to withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed a successful identity verification (KYC) process
• No active bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements — withdrawing before requirements are met will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set by mycuci
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposit, or an account that has been verified by mycuci

Mycuci processes withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. VIP members enjoy priority in withdrawal processing. Should there be any unusual delay, our support team is ready to assist in resolving the issue.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Mycuci offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirements (rollover) for each bonus are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page before you accept the offer
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may only be used by the registered account holder
• Mycuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, coordination between accounts, or attempts to exploit bonus terms
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only — one offer per account
• Bonus validity periods are stated in the terms of each promotion and cannot be extended

Mycuci reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that are currently active and in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements.

7Game Rules & Providers

All games available on the mycuci platform are provided by licensed software providers that have been audited and certified by independent international bodies. The outcome of each game is determined by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) system that cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, mycuci will resolve the situation based on accurate system records
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are determined by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface
• Mycuci reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time for technical or licensing reasons

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mycuci platform and may result in immediate account closure, fund freezing, and appropriate legal action:

• Registering more than one account (multiple accounts) whether using the same or different information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit or manipulate games
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus systems or games (collusion)
• Uploading false identification documents or providing inaccurate information during the KYC process
• Attempted money laundering or using the mycuci platform for suspicious financial activity
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing mycuci staff or other members
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system without reporting them to mycuci

9Account Closure & Suspension

Mycuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for security and platform protection reasons.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the mycuci support team. Account closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and the settlement of any outstanding transactions.

• Valid funds will be returned to the member once the account closure process is complete, subject to any applicable deductions where relevant
• Accounts closed due to serious violations may not be eligible to recover any remaining funds
• Members who opt for self-exclusion may not reopen their account until the exclusion period has ended

10mycuci Limitation of Liability

Mycuci strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times. However, mycuci is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet or communication network disruptions beyond mycuci's control
• Equipment or software failure on the user's end
• Delays or errors caused by third parties such as payment processors or banks
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Valid game outcomes even if deemed unfavourable by the member

Mycuci's total liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Mycuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless otherwise stated.

For material amendments that significantly affect member rights, mycuci will provide notice of at least 7 days in advance via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
